Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Wickgrid mobile application ("Wickgrid" or the "App"), provided by Daniel Grabowski ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

Subject to these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Wickgrid on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

In-App Purchases

Wickgrid may offer optional in-app purchases processed through Apple's StoreKit. All charges are billed by Apple in accordance with the terms of your Apple ID account. Purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by Apple's refund policies or by applicable law.

Acceptable Use

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the App, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the App's puzzle generation, verification, or leaderboard integrity.
• Do not use the App in any way that violates applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, logo, puzzle designs, generated boards, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Third-Party Services

Optional integrations — including Apple Game Center and Apple's StoreKit — are governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability of daily puzzles. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the App. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the App or in-app purchases in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate the App or your access to it for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
